In this course you will learn how to build your confidence and raise your self esteem.
Self esteem is critical if you want to achieve AND keep anything of major consequence; whether that is a healthy relationship with the person of your dreams or achieving a specific career milestone or anything in between, self esteem is the foundation.

Many of us struggle because fundamentally at our core we do not believe we are worthy to achieve or to keep the things we desire most.
we must understand fundamentally that self esteem is the way one feels about themselves at any given moment in time and this will fluctuate, however the aim is to build good systems and behaviours to ensure that we are always at an 8/10.
Self esteem is made up of two components :
1. Self efficacy.
2. Self respect.
we will explore what both of these mean and how to build both of these components up.
In section one of the course we will cover:
• Why self esteem is important
• What Self Esteem is.
• What Self esteem is made up of and the 6 different components that make it up.
• You will learn which behaviours raise your self esteem and confidence and which behaviours lower it.
• We will identify your specific blind spots through the worksheets on where you can make small adjustments to transform this area of your life.
In section 2 you will learn how to manage your mind and you will be given some challenges to complete to fuel you into the person you desire to become.
