Description

Do you struggle giving college presentations? I am a university study skills lecturer and freelance content writer with over 20 years experience teaching academic skills and presentations to a wide range of levels and nationalities. I believe and know that any student can learn to give a presentation. Students learn best by seeing then doing, which means having the basics explained, models to copy, exercises to practise on, and tasks to complete. So in a series of intensive video tutorials, I talk you through the core presentation skills, covering the basics that many other tutors leave out, using simple language and real examples. Then you can try and apply this knowledge yourself. I know what the common issues are for students and have based this course entirely on that experience. So this is what you get;

  • 10 video tutorials in content, structure, design, delivery and referencing

  • A complete example of a presentation with the tape script and the PowerPoint file

  • A downloadable pack of comprehensive notes and models with lots of examples

  • 2 PowerPoint samples to study and practise with

I hope you like the course, and if you do, why not try my other one in academic writing. Good luck and happy presenting!
