This is an extensive course on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for students, teachers, and all healthcare professionals including Social workers, Nurses, Nurse practitioners  Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Physicians

It is an evidence based course with numerous accredited references which will be found at the end of the course.

The course will cover the history,  causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, personality changes, consequences , differential diagnoses and much more.

The format of the course is online PowerPoint with narration, self-paced which enables learner to study anytime and from anywhere

The course objectives are that participants will be able to identify signs and symptoms of ADHD and understand their patients challenges and needs and to learn different treatment options .
Health providers will be able to learn everything on ADHD and teach their students and diagnose and manage their patients confidently and efficiently

This course is for professionals who has the willingness and desire to learn and to teach however participants with medical knowledge or background will benefit from this course

The course is less than 2 hours, this time was chosen intentionally in order to keep participants engaged and to ensure course completion

It will be instructed by Dr. Jabir Jassam. A practicing family physician in Canada with an extensive experience and qualifications in mental health including Diploma and Master degree in Psychiatry. Dr. Jassam is an author of two books on ADHD in two different languages.  Please read the full bio
