Each lecture has a workshop setting, the lecture is set up to explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours through practical exercises and visualisations. On the basis of these exercises we dive into the theory behind emotions, relationships and communication. Each week is supplemented with worksheets, reminder printouts and an “Academic Corner”. The academic corner is a set of articles that deepen the theoretical basis of the lecture.

Each week provides a follow up form to check in with your experiences. At the end of the course I ask for your final feedback about the course. I have learnt that each client has their individual journey and I can always learn and develop my skills and the content I create.
