Description

At Your Best is a holistic wellbeing concept with insights from the west and east, covering modern science as well as millennia-old traditions. In this course, we will follow the course of a 24-hour day and learn how to build an optimal daily routine. Let's talk about diet, movement, mindfulness, sleep and routine - to become in control of mind, body, and self - to always be at your natural best.

The insights shared in this course are based on my education in Yoga, Ayurveda, and modern wellbeing sciences. Thanks to my experience in different corporate jobs, I have been able to design the program with an audience in mind that spends around 8 hours a day in front of a laptop.

The chapters that we will cover are the following:

❍ Morning Routine

❍ Eat What You Need

❍ Mind your own Peace-ness

❍ Move to stay smooth

❍ Evening Routine

❍ Sleep: Clean your Systems

I used to constantly be slightly unwell - without really being sick. Waking up with itching eyes because of an allergy, stomachache after lunch, back pain when getting up from my chair after 8 hours of work in front of the laptop, headaches after a stressful commute, and endless mind chatting keeping me from falling asleep.

In German we call these Wehwehchen, "little aches" in English. No doctor was really taking me seriously. "Here you have some pain killers, an antihistamine, and this pill to better fall asleep ... you'll be alright."

That wasn't acceptable for me.

Today, none of these "little aches" are bothering me anymore. After studying Eastern and Western wellbeing theories for many years, I have built the At Your Best methodology, which allows me to be the best version of myself 24 hours a day.

I can't wait for you to also feel the difference!
