Life after sports retirement
Now a long period of living life in a certain way has ended, how does one move on?
Description
Retirement from sports competition is a time of radical changes. BUT it doesn't have to be catastrophical. The changes that go from psychological and identity challenges, all the way to lifestyle and financial issues, are present for the athlete that is retiring. Just like in sports, preparation is the key to success.
Applying the right techniques, routines and mindset, will get the retired athlete the true balance to deal with the challenges faced.
Getting the psychological balance is the foundation. Understanding what has happened up until now, will set the path for the future.
This course covers all the fields in which a retired athlete is being tried, along with simple solutions for each challenge. It helps with understanding the new identity that the individual is to move along with from now on.
These are techniques I have personally applied and helped others apply too in their lives.
The athlete has all the finest training methods, support, science available to excel in their sport, but after retirement, it is like as if he/she is left alone to take on everything a life after sports throws at them.
This course, is aiming to fill exactly that empty space.
Always remember, you are not alone. Somebody went through what you are going through and made a course about it that can be of assistance in your life!
