Be Gentle with Me, I'm Grieving
Dealing with Grief After Suicide Loss
Description
This course is a very fundamental course on grief. But it discusses grief related to suicide loss, since I (Robin) know firsthand what it feels like to lose a loved one to suicide. You will learn the various emotions associated with grief. It’s very easy to get into a stuck state of existence if you have suffered a traumatic loss. The “stuck” states are discussed, and you will be able to determine if you are stuck in your grief. You will learn a myth about grief and this course gives you three steps to that are crucial to help get you started on your journey of recovery. Processing your grief takes time and everyone does it in their own time frame. The important part is to recognize where you are in the process and keep moving forward. If you stop, you can get stuck. You will have days that you feel you’ve been moving forward, then something happens, and you feel that you’ve taken steps backwards. Don’t worry, it’s part of the process. Don’t beat yourself up about it. Make the intention to do the next right thing in front of you that will keep moving forward. It’s not an easy journey, but I know it can be done, because I have done it and it’s worth the effort. I wish you all the best. Love and Light, Robin
