That was me 5 years ago. It sucks. But I am here at this place now to tell you that it's not your fault you are like this. Everyone is feeling the same and there is a way out of this self hating hole we have buried ourselves into. You can get out. You can find love for yourself and your body. You are ALLOWED to love your body even if it doesn't look like a skinny, white supermodel.

If you want to change, stop hating yourself and your body and grow into a person who wakes up every morning, outs on a bikini and says "I am happy to be alive today". Then it's time for you to be audacious. It's time for you to grab a cup of tea, schedule in some time to sit down and unlearn everything you know about your body, other peoples bodies and take a good hard look at your life choices right now. We are going on a journey towards changing your life to love yourself and your body. Your home. The house in which your soul lives.

This is your start to a long and winding journey to changing your life and it starts with you. My wish for you is that you decide to take the leap of faith and learn that you are exceptional, amazing, magical, colorful and vibrant. You are worthy of love and acceptance. It's time to finally learn that.
