Lesson 10, Practical demonstration of body massage techniques in the face down (prone) position.

Lesson 11, What to look out for in a professional massage therapists training course, including legal considerations.

Upon successful completion you should be safe and competent to offer basic body massage to your family and friends for general relaxation purposes. You will be able to use these skills and transfer them to undertake a professional course in the future should you wish. This course may be used as an entry qualification onto other courses subject to their individual entrance requirements.
