After a uniquely diverse twenty-year career as a teacher (which you can hear more about in the introduction video if you are interested), I am so excited to bring forth this offering!
It is the first of many course experiences that will all be created with a very specific goal - to support teachers and the unique challenges they face.
If you are a teacher that is feeling overwhelmed, then you are in the right place! Whether it’s due to a certain time of year, testing, curriculum woes, life in general, or something else, there are inevitably moments when it becomes difficult to stay centered. This course is designed to help you regain a sense of balance when things start to feel out of control, to ride the waves with more ease.

Learning a gentle and effective breathwork pattern that you can use as a centering technique
Experiencing relaxation and memorable imagery as part of a guided visualization, which may offer another tool you can access repeatedly to invite a sense of calm within
An easy and supportive “In-Chair” practice you can engage with in the classroom setting
Direct instruction for three different Qigong exercises, all chosen to directly support you when feeling overwhelmed
A movement flow set to music, where we will glide through the Qigong exercises together

- Experience a relaxing guided visualization

- Learn three relevant and supportive Qigong exercises (Pulling Down the Sky, Pushing a Wave, and Swimming Dragon)
- Practice Qigong exercises in an easy movement flow set to music
