Business etiquette is given so much importance for the role it plays in the success of a business as well as an individual. Using your business etiquette knowledge and communication skills, you are putting your best foot forward. It involves dealings with co-workers, employers, business partners and customers etc.  The purpose of this course is to help you to develop strong relationships based on such behaviour.

The course does not only teach business etiquette, but it also shares the most important in the business arena - soft skills. There are 19 + 5 videos/lectures, 17 articles and tasks to enhance your understanding. The course is designed and arranged in three sections with the following topics:

- professional presence and branding

- essential social skills

- etiquette in an office or at a workplace

- netiquette and business corresponding

- business dining and entertaining

- social networking skills

- etiquette in building relationships with colleagues, boss/employers and clients

- communication skills: verbal and non-verbal

- International protocol


We also suggest that you take notes, practise and finish the tasks.

We recommend that you take British Etiquette - Social Skills Refinement Programme first as a foundation course. Social and business etiquettes are not separate. On the contrary, they are tightly linked. For those who have not learned social etiquette, we have included two episodes of social etiquette as an introduction in this course.
