I love coffee and caffeine does have benefits in terms of increasing energy and performance both mentally and physically.


BUT too much caffeine has disadvantages in terms of reducing sleep quality and increasing stress hormones, stress and thereby reducing rate of recovery and sense of life quality.


For this reason I decided to make this course to help people find a way to be able to easily balance their caffeine intake while still being able to drink the same amount of coffee- using my unique coffee mixing protocol.


Building better habits and systems and understanding the foundation of success and happiness is my main topic.
