During this program, you will learn what is goal setting, why we don't always reach our goals, and how to overcome those obstacles and reach your goals. We help you over come these obstacles by taking a holistic approach to your life so that you can address internal and external barriers to your success. We explore time management, making healthy food choices, and personal finance. Understanding how each area of our lives (such as our eating and exercise habits or lack thereof), impacts other areas (such as school, work, and health), can help open your eyes to make things "click" in a more holistic way. When we take care of ourselves, we have more energy. When we manage our time better and understand and communicate our boundaries, we don't feel so overwhelmed, when we have an honest look at our finances, we can come up with a realistic plan to pull ourselves out of debt, save for big purchases, and just simply have room for the things that make life worth living, All of these come together to help you not only reach your goals, but maintain them. Many of us struggle with reaching our goals and get discouraged, our goal setting workshop series will help you to understand why, so you can get to the how of living your best life.
