Description

One of the things we learn early in our coaching journey is that when we are specifically acting as a coach, to refrain from providing advice, feedback, opinions, or expertise on the coachee’s topic. Thus, it can be difficult to embrace the idea of sharing “observations, intuitions, comments, thoughts or feelings”. In our desire to stay in coaching, we may end up withholding something of value to the coachee. As a Coach, it is important to share our observations, intuitions, comments, thoughts, and feelings in service of evoking awareness.
