Ratings: 0.00 / 5.00

Description

In this course we cover the basic skills, strategies and techniques of CBT and then we move on to learn how to apply those skills to depression.  The course is taught primarily for the client who is experiencing depression, but is also intended to be of use to professionals such as health care workers and support staff who work with people who may be experiencing depression.  The Introductory CBT course  (recommended alongside this current course) has been very popular, along with my other 16 courses on Udemy, I have over 14,000 students worldwide (at the current time).

There are lots of videos and resources in the course, together with ample opportunity to practice the skills you have learned.  Each attendee gets a free electronic copy of 2 of my books: The Little Book of Thinking Errors and The Little Book of CBT.  Both of these books will help reinforce the learning that takes place throughout the course and will also be of value for the future in dealing with other issues that are helped by CBT.

Students are encouraged to keep in touch with the author of the course, Kevin O'Doherty and to ask as many questions as they would like to - Kevin very much values the interaction with students and will usually respond to any questions or queries within 24 hours.

An accredited certificate is issued by our company Calibre Gold Ltd upon completion of the course, please just get in touch via the platform and this will be organised for you.
