The reason many investors flock towards the commercial, industrial, retail space is due to the stability and built in rent increases which protect and fights inflation over the long term.

I am hoping with this crash course to enable and unleash the investors within ourselves. Knowledge is power and once we understand commercial real estate it will enable us to help ourselves and our friends and colleagues around us. Some of us like myself will make it into our career that’s right that’s what I call myself a commercial investment debt consultant that’s what I’ve been focused on for the last 20 years and that is truly my passion.

Steps to get your certification:

Step 2: Launch a new meeting

Step 3: Click the recording function (button on the bottom-middle of the screen)

Step 4: Click Share Screen (button on bottom-middle of screen)

Step 5: Begin with your mission statement, why you want to get CIDC certified

Step 6: Read Question #1 and give your answer (open book test) not just reading the bullet points, but showing your competence in the knowledge given and using your own words

Step 7: Continue through the rest of the questions, without ending the video, if a mistake is made, don't start over from the beginning, just redo the question you are on without stopping the video.

Step 8: Once completed, the video should automatically download onto your computer
