I have had my fair share of dealing with difficult, argumentative, and narcissistic personalities as well. On two occasions I worked in environments where I was belittled and demeaned, and this resulted in me becoming withdrawn, and finding it hard to engage with people who shouted me down.
I witnessed first-hand how people who were treated in the same way, lose their self-esteem and confidence. So instead of wallowing in self-pity I decided to do something about it. I have created an online course on How to Communicate with Difficult People (without Feeling Distressed).
