We are not our identity, but we need to investigate it and become aware of how we have created it, to be able to let it go.

We are born of consciousness, and over many incarnations, we have developed our energetic makeup, our unique expression.

We may be living unconsciously out of patterns and programs that don't support the life we want to live.

When we start to wake up we start to bring our unconscious into the conscious.

So to reach a place of clarity, we must first investigate how it all began and explore this life.

To let go of who you are not, and experience who you truly are.

This course encourages you to take responsibility for yourself and is designed to lead you to the threshold of your own understanding.

What You Will Learn!

  • You will learn how to heal the unconscious patterns that prevent you from consciously creating
  • You will learn to become more self aware and to develop more understanding of your true nature.
  • You will learn skills to help you find inner ease and peace, and you will learn how to start living from your truth rather than any outdated scripts that no longer serve you.
  • You will learn about your paradigm - your inner map that you live and operate from - and so learn to make changes, if you discover feel that the way you are living no longer serves you.
  • You will learn about patterns and programmes arising from the past, and so bring awareness to the ‘here and now’ and recognise that you can make different choices.
  • You will learn about your beliefs and values, and start to investigate whether they hold true for you, or resonate with you now.
  • You will learn to uncover the stories you tell about yourself, and the stories others tell about you, and so have the opportunity to create new ones that might better support the life you’d like to lead.
  • You will investigate and learn about the messages you received from your family when you were small, and see how your life has been shaped by following or rejecting these messages. You will learn how to create new messages that will allow you to create something new in your life.
  • You will review how you felt when you were upset or encountered difficulties as a child, and how you acted - and learn that you might still be responding similarly when you feel upset as an adult. And so with this awareness be in a position to change this response and respond in the moment as your adult self rather than unconsciously from than the inner child.
  • You will delve into how you felt as a child, and review what you truly wanted but perhaps didn’t get - and so start to be able to work to heal your own inner child.
  • You will be guided to meditate before you investigate the past, to bring you to a place of ease and quiet.
  • You will be guided in an inner child meditation.
  • You will be encouraged to practise Tatraka meditation - candle gazing - daily.
  • You will earn about your lost, denied or hidden self, through investigating what ideals you grew up in around how you think, how you feel, how important artistic expression and sensuality was in your family, how movement was regarded and how much your sense of self was encouraged.
  • And you will investigate parts of your self that are hidden in the shadows and be guided to learn how to recognise these aspects in the mirror of others.
  • You will learn how you adapted your behaviour as a child - and how the desire to become whole shows up when we react to others in the present, out of past hurts.
  • You will learn that reactivity is always an arrow to a past hurt… It is the fight or flight or surrender response being triggered by a current situation that reminds our ‘old brain’ of the past - and the. message to the body is ‘danger danger danger…’
  • You will learn the importance of daily meditation as a route to clearing.
  • And you will be learn how to press pause and clear the painful feelings from the body.
