Selling Kitchens in the home for Contractors!
Effective ways to design and sell kitchens in a 1–2-hour presentation in people's homes.
Description
As a kitchen designer of 15 years, doing over 300 kitchens, selling both in a showroom and people's homes, I prefer the in-home sale. With a window of 1-2 hours to present your company as the best, most knowledgeable with creative ideas, and put together a class act presentation. I have developed techniques that I will share in this class to help you win the project. There are several keys that are essential as a contractor to your success in selling kitchens. I have broken this class down with easy steps for you to succeed. I enjoy teaching the things that I have learned in my past 15 years of doing this, to help you close a higher rate of jobs you estimate. Even if you do not do kitchens currently, and want to start, but don't know where to begin, this class will help you. Several steps I include in this course are the following:
Advertising to get business and how to get the word out.
Setting up vendors and putting the infrastructure in place.
How I do the 1–2-hour appointment.
Putting the design together in people's homes.
Different ways of estimating.
Presenting the price and closing the sale.
I love selling kitchens to homeowners and have found it to be a great career, that one can make a good living at, with freedom in your day, being the boss in charge, and determining your own destiny.
