*When I first began this course in April 2020, I was talking about the changes and stressors in our lives and how to utilize empathy for ourselves and others. In 2024, we are seeing even more change occur. People left jobs and continue to resign. The effects of climate change abound and even more innovation is necessary to reduce carbon footprint and engage our teams with these processes for the greater good. How does this occur? The concepts taught in this course will help keep us grounded throughout the course of the next decade.*
