Create a new Room, with a Partition Wall
This project is a minimal outlay and maximum return, for personnel and financial satisfaction.
Description
Do you need an extra bedroom? do you need a home office? or a downstairs toilet? I don't think there is anything else in the home improvement sector that would add value to your property more than adding an extra room. This project is a minimal outlay and maximum return. You just need some basic measuring and I will show you every step of the way. The main structure or studding for this petition is not wood, so no sawing, it's easier, the studding is made from metal which is very easy to cut, no grinder or hacksaw. The petition is covered with drywall/gypsum board/plasterboard. I've included how to fit the door frame. The petition would not need any plastering; you just fill the joints and then it can be painted or wallpapered. As with all my courses I tell everyone that whatever they spend on tools and equipment this will be less than paying for labor. The biggest expenditure for tools you would need for this project is a cordless screwdriver/drill, these have come way down in price and you don't need to get a high branded quality tool you can buy these now for as little as £25 or $30 but this tool is vital for the project.
