Description
The mindfulness video course can be followed by adults, young adults but also by parents together with their children 9 years old and plus.
The course is divided into 8 different sections, each of which contains mindfulness exercises and a short meditation.
We learn about thoughts, emotions, the mind/body connection, our energetic body, the practice of gratitude, self-love, self-compassion and confidence, forgiveness, how to be more in the flow by listening to the guidance of the Universe rather than trying to control situations or circumstances, we also learn how to access the joy and happiness from within first. We go over the EFT or emotional freedom technique to shift how we feel and we learn about different practices such as grounding into the Earth, choosing specific colours of foods to shift our energy and diaphragmatic breathing to help us return to a calmer state and replenish our energy reservoir. We practice mindfulness exercises, reconnecting to our 6 senses (smell, touch, hearing, seeing, tasting and intuition) to be more mindful and more present.
