Step 1: Guided Meditation Breathing Anchor (lecture 13) In this guided meditation, you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and living in the moment. With the soothing voice of Louie, accompanied by theta wave music and the chanting of Tibetan monks, you will be guided to reflect on different aspects of your daily life and cultivate gratitude for each experience. Theta waves help facilitate internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness, allowing you to tap into the depths of your subconscious mind.

Step 2: Gratitude AUM Gratitude Daily Affirmations Meditation with 528HZ (lecture 15) In this step, you will explore the power of gratitude affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind. By repeating affirmations aloud or internally, while sitting or lying down with closed eyes, you will amplify their impact. The use of theta waves and the frequency of 528HZ further enhance the connection to your subconscious mind. Through the repetition of these affirmations, you will strengthen your capacity to identify and appreciate the things you are grateful for in your daily life.

Step 3: Gratitude Breathwork (lecture 9) Discover the profound effects of conscious breathing in this practice. By engaging in rhythmic breathing, you will learn to release attachment to beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. This breathwork practice helps create harmony and alignment between your inner and outer worlds. With each exhale, you will let go of stagnant emotions and mental patterns, allowing space for new, positive intentions to take root within your subconscious mind. Visualize your breath flowing like ocean waves, cleansing and rejuvenating your being.

Step 4: Abundance Affirmations (lecture 18) In this final step, you will focus on attracting abundance into your life through affirmations. Similar to the gratitude affirmations, you will repeat these abundance affirmations out loud or internally, while adopting a relaxed posture with closed eyes. Theta waves and the subconscious mind connection will amplify the effect of these affirmations, helping you manifest abundance in various aspects of your life. By projecting these affirmations onto your inner screen and engaging your senses, you will empower their manifestation potential.
