Description

This course, is designed by Ramya to guide you through Yoga postures that are designed to focus on the wellbeing of your complete body, with focus on breathing and correct posture alignments. This course helps anyone who wants to build a regular, consistent and disciplined yoga practice. Each class starts with warm ups, then moves towards more active postures done with breath co-ordination and ends with relaxation to cool you down. The postures are designed to be accessible to all. Each class is thoughtfully planned with sequences to focus on full body+mind+breath and/or also targeting specific areas/muscles. It also ensures you feel stronger towards the end of each practice session and at the same time feel refreshed and relaxed.

The module 2 of the course has 11 Yoga Video Classes. Each class is a combination of Hata-Vinyasa Yoga style including both dynamic movements as well as postures held for a certain duration of time to open your body deeper. The module 2 is designed and structured to cater to both beginners and intermediate students and it focuses on the physiological systems in a systematic and holistic way along with building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance at physical and mental level. Breath is given utmost importance throughout the practice along with focus on alignements to help the practitioner do & learn yoga the right way and with breath awareness which in turn helps to energize, connect with inner self and also relax.


CURRICULUM:

  • MORNING YOGA FLOW: Learn to start your day positively, to activate your entire system, move all your joints, muscles and keep the blood circulation going smooth.

  • CLASSICAL YOGA POSTURES: Learn classical Hata Yoga postures which work on all the spinal alignments and helps in stimulating and balancing function of the organs and glands.

  • YOGA FOR A FULL BODY STRETCH: Learn to stretch and open the full body, increase blood circulation and strengthen the muscles.

  • YOGA TO RELIEVE LOWER BACK PAIN: Learn movements which helps relieve lower back pain and strengthen the back muscles.

  • YOGA TO DETOX: Learn movements which helps improve blood circulation, ensuring fresh supply of oxygen to different parts of the body, cleanse the internal organs and thus helps to detox.

  • YOGA TO RELIEVE ANXIETY AND STRESS: Learn movements with breath awareness which helps curb anxiety and stress that will calm the nerves and helps to release & create space.

  • YOGA TO RELIEVE FATIGUE: Learn movements which helps increase circulation and reduce muscle stiffness and tightness which inturn helps to combat & overcome fatigue.

  • YOGA TO IMPROVE DIGESTION: Learn movements to massage and tone the abdominal organs which will help to improve digestion and the gut health.

  • YOGA TO BOOST IMMUNITY: Learn movements which helps to boost the immunity by calming the nerves, bringing down stress & anxiety and improving freshness in mind.

  • YOGA TO ENERGIZE: Learn movements which energizes and activates you from inside out as you stretch and strengthen the body and feel revitalised.

  • YOGA TO UNWIND AND RELAX: Learn movements which provide calming and relaxing effect on the body, mind and breath and helps to unwind completely.
