Her unique perspective as a bereaved parent, gives her students practical exercises and coping techniques to assist them with the grieving process.  She explores the idea of existence after death of the physical body and shares her story of healing after losing her only son in 2015.  Inside the course, you will have an opportunity to download a guided meditation that will allow you to connect to those in spirit world.
