The course has been designed so that you can begin to work with your clients today, helping them to set goals and objectives whilst you hold them accountable to take action.
John Whitmore's GROW model - Goal, reality, opportunities and will, is one of the most widely used coaching models which will give you a framework to structure your coaching conversations around.
My own 6 V's model - Vision, values, view, vehicle, valour and voice, will provide you with a different framework to be able to connect and build rapport with your clients easily and effectively.
The emphasis through the course is for you to practice, practice, practice. The theory of coaching is great, the application through practice is where the real value comes from.
With any new skill or endeavour I encourage you to participate in reflective practice. Your coaching is only as good as the questions you ask, how well you listen and what you do with the information the other person shares.
