Description
This course helps Canadian Public Servants pass their French Second Language Exam.
If you don't know what a direct object is in English, it will be harder to learn to conjugate it in French. Strong grammar skills will make it easier for you to learn French and pass your tests.
If you don't know your English grammar, you are WASTING your time in French class.
This mini-boot camp style course is designed to rapidly teach you essential grammar skills. It is not a master class where you'll find the perfect place for a comma. It is to the point and focused on increasing your skills in preparation for the oral and grammar tests.
This course is for students that do not yet have a C in both grammar and the oral exam.
This grammar course uses a three step approach to help you.
First, you'll go through a grammar bootcamp to learn essential grammar. This is not a masterclass. It is tightly focused to get you thinking 'grammatically' as quickly as possible.
The second step converts these grammar principles into their French equivalents. This way you can rapidly apply your English grammar skills to learning French.
Lastly, we'll show you how to build great sentences for your oral exam. This last part uses a step-by-step approach to make more complex and intriguing sentences.

What You Will Learn!
- Learn FRENCH better by understanding English Grammar. If you don't know what a direct object is, it will be harder to conjugate 'complement object direct'.
- Learn how English and French grammar are the same and how they are different. MOST of the grammar is the same.
- The fastest way to improve your French grammar score is to increase your overall grammar skills.
- Learn how to visualize the connections between words in a sentence. Once you understand 'sentence structure' you will never look at a sentence the same way.
Who Should Attend!
