The first part of working with someone is of course evaluation to find the deficiencies in the musculature or the joint movements. Each major joint or segment of the body needs to be evaluated as well as posture and range of motion. You can apply this method to your practice as a therapist or trainer or apply them to yourself as an athlete.

Then the experts at Rebound Athletics share with you their methods for evaluating an athlete and designing a training or rehabilitation program. They identify the athlete's deficiencies in flexibility and strength. Then they outline a rehab program to address the deficiencies. Our methods are explained via a case study performing simple activities. You will how to video your athlete with a simple cell phone app. You then will be taught the nuances of video analysis that can give you a map of your athlete's weaknesses that need to be addressed in training and conditioning.
