These tools I have taken to the nature or used nature bond as inspiration to the tool.
Tools help you address your problems another point of view. Focus is in the future not in the past. Past is part of us but we must not let it define us as who we are. Life is full of possibilities and choices.
In many ways we have distanced our selves from nature and psychology belives that is one of the reasons we have begin have more incising amouth of anxiety problems. As Neuro psychiatry have proved in their studies people with these kind of problems need time to ground themselves from neural stimulus.
We live in society full of stimulants as tv, radio, social media, city around us and its noises. We have non stop stimulus around us almost 24 h a day. In this hectic world sometimes we forget ourselves. We are biological creatures and stress effects our mindset and health. Our bodies are run hormones and synapses the electric net in us
