About This Master Class:
This course teaches students about very common fears which are there with the people and how all the fears which are associated with health are explained in this course. How far we are able to motivate ourselves and how we can use fear as a good emotion to achieve bigger success in life has been explained. And also how to overcome the fear and lead a very healthy life by tuning our mindset and keeping our entire body fit and healthy. It's just a tune of mindset because skills that are 20% in mindset are 80% and if you do mindset practices every day you will have a very fit and healthy life forever.
