Throat singing is a very ancient form of vocal art. Many many years ago. When people live in harmony with the nature, the wanted to connect with the nature, they wanted to pay tribute to the nature. And they started to imitate the sound of nature and animals. So we can say that throat singing is an imitation the sounds of nature and animals by a human voice. Throat singing is very often used in meditation and in various shamanic rituals.

Throat singing has three levels of frequencies. The first level is called kargyraa and it's all about the low frequencies.The second level is called Hoomei and it's all about the middle frequencies. And the therd level it's called sygyt and it's all about the high frequencies.
