The Foundations Of Yoga course is a journey through the core elements of a traditional yoga practice, encompassing movement, breath work, meditation and philosophy.

Through eight yoga classes, accompanied by additional notes and resources, we will build a progressive sequence that you’ll eventually be able to practice on your own at home.

It is suitable for beginners or more experienced practitioners who want to understand the roots of yoga and gain a deeper insight into the anatomy of key poses. All bodies and abilities welcome!

A typical one-hour yoga class in this course will include:

  • Short meditation (dhyana)

  • Deep rest (savasana or yoga nidra).
