In this course, you will be guided over four weeks to complete simple movements (exercises, releases, and stretches) that will restore function back to your pelvic floor. The exercises can be done anywhere with little to no equipment and usually don't take more than five minutes. These are research-backed and successfully used movements that will change your life. Imagine what you can gain by giving up just five minutes a day working on breathing, good posture, and muscle connection. Restore your pelvic floor by activating the muscles that serve the purpose to keep your core and bladder functioning properly.
