Overwhelm is rife in our community but it is manageable and if managed appropriately may help your health including avoiding anxiety and depression. This e-course may even assist in managing anxiety and depression for those already diagnosed and suffering. This e-course introduces a range of techniques and modalities to try, it may be that it is new information or it may be that it acts like a refresher or prompt to re try things that you already know about. The e-course includes the concept of the Tool Kit and different templates to kick start you on your way. It has been written from experience having gone through it myself and the things I have found helpful, including the concept of the Tool Kit, and backed by my training in some modalities. It is also supported with content from people with qualifications in various areas, including links to access their services. The e-course will possibly continue to develop as things that are valuable present themselves, and there will be email alerts to this affect for your convenience.
