One time I was working out on a Sunday to bring my weekly workouts to 6 days a week instead of 4 days. This was a new goal I had set for myself.


All of a sudden I realized halfway through my workout that I had put on my workout clothes, drove to the gym, and completed half of my workout but didn’t make a conscious decision to do so. The last thing I remember is being at home relaxing on my coach. My mind and body automatically prepared me for the gym, drove me to the gym, and began my workout because I had implanted the goal in to my subconscious.


Now let me be really clear. I’ve always been very ambitious but when it came to setting goals and actually achieving them I fell off the wagon every time. I even hit a long spell of depression because I wasn’t living up to my full potential because I couldn’t reach the goals I had set.


I’ve also struggled with attention and focus most of my life but I was never given any help for it.

But when I found this new way of setting goals my life completely changed. I have overridden my lack of focus, transformed my life, and consistently progress towards my ultimate potential.

I’m standing here telling you if I can do it, so can you. But since that’s a cliché let me also make it very clear I use this system to coach all of my clients because it works so well.
