1. Résumé Writing: This module is not just about writing your first résumé. It also tells you what each item does and how to use each one of them to your advantage. The module contains topics like:
- Importance of a good résumé and why it must be made by you.
- Format of a résumé – number of pages, use of margins, use of your picture, use of colour and graphics, use of templates, ATS friendly résumé, file format Doc or PDF
- Order of Information – What comes where in a résumé. Contact information, education, experience, additional information, skills section etc
- Addressing gaps in your timeline
- Tips for a good résumé
2. Interview – The physical part: Interview is not just about conversation and answering questions. It is also about how you present yourself. Your appearance, your mannerisms and even the body language. Sometimes being badly groomed or displaying a body language that goes against the spirit of the discussion may lead to rejection despite you having good grades in your academics. 3. Interview – The communication part: This section deals with your conversation, communication etiquettes, and answering questions. The module is interactive with engaging exercises for answering questions and preparing for a specific job. The section includes:

- Addressing gaps in your timeline.

4. Group Discussion: As an elimination round, group discussion is a popular recruitment process to quickly sort better candidates and is popular in campus placement process.

- Preparation for a group discussion

5. Preparation exercises: This section includes guidance on some physical exercises as well as practicing for answering questions. The topics are:
- Physical exercise to display positive body language and a better posture.
- Relaxation exercises to relieve nervousness.
- Conducting mock interviews, assisted by family member or friends.
- Conducting mock interviews, unassisted.
6. LinkedIn Profile: As a part of recruitment and job search process, it is important that you have a good LinkedIn profile. While it is important to have a LinkedIn profile at the onset of your professional career, the learning in this module will help you throughout your professional career.
