Description

Grief is often a difficult topic to discuss and very often misunderstood. What is grief? It is deep mental anguish, as that arising from bereavement. It’s a reaction to the loss or change of something familiar in your life…thus the loss of a loved one. I will discuss suicide loss briefly.

In this course you will learn to think about grief in a way that perhaps you previously have never thought about. You will be challenged to open your mind to new ideas and new ways of thinking about grief. You will learn how to understand the emotions of grief and how they affect you.

This course is not only for the griever; it is for anyone who feels stuck in his or her life. It is for you if you feel you can’t move forward and you “just want your life back”.

No one escapes the emotions of grief. Everyone will experience it at some time in his or her life. Each person experiences it at different digress and different lengths. The emotions of grief are painful and people often don’t know what to do. They end up self-sabotaging and believing that their life is never going to get better. This type of thinking will keep you stuck. This course will teach how to change it and move beyond it.

Think of this course as having a private coaching session in your home to get you started to make lasting changes in your life; ultimately to live the life you love.
