''Sea Yoga Course'' is part one of a series of three introductory Yoga Courses. There will be two more Courses to come, the Green Yoga Course and the Earth Yoga Course.The SEA YOGA course is divided into two parts. The first part is intended  for beginner level students. Beginners will first deal with the Special  preliminary breaths, the Karanas and the Deep Relaxation. The second  part is intended for intermediate level students.Intermediate students   can do all the lectures in the course. The goal of this course is to understand your body!

We'll start off by the main Sea Yoga Course. In this Special Vinyasa Flow lesson,  you'll learn how to:

  •  Prepare your joints by using the specialized exercises for the  mobilization and warm-up of a joint so that you can get on with the main  Yoga exercises without risking the complication of sustaining an  injury.                                                                                                      

  • Synchronize your breathing and movement, by giving your body the  necessary strength and endurance, and most importantly learn how to put  your Lymphatic system into motion                                                                                                      

  • Strengthen your muscular system, your bones and all your internal organs by using Yoga's isometric exercises                                                                                                     

  • Rest and relax your nervous system by using Yoga’s passive resuscitation techniques and finally                                                                                                     

  • Relax consciously with Deep Relaxation at all levels by using Yoga Nidra, known as “The Yogic Sleep”

We will then talk about the importance of the Special Preliminary Breathing exercises. You'll learn how to improve your  Health, Mood, and Metabolism rate through Yoga! With the 5 Special Preliminary Breathing Exercises, you'll detoxify your Respiratory System and get rid of possible mental and physical tensions by using  specialized techniques for Relieving Stress & Releasing Tension! 

Next we'll deal with the Philosophy and History of Yoga in order to obtain a greater insight in Yoga and understand its true meaning!

Finally we will implement everything we've learned with lots of of practical exercises!
