Healing-The Shaman’s Way Using Herbs for Pain is a hands-on do-it-yourself course that provides specific instructions in making herb teas and salves, herbs for the following types of physical pain: migraine, arthritis, stomach, back, and feet. The herbs and their suggested uses presented in this course include Feverfew, Basswood, and yarrow for migraine for example. Aloe Vera, Boswellia, and Willow Bark are among those suggested for arthritis. Fennel, Holy Basil, and Peppermint. Are recommended for stomach issues. Among the herbs suggested for back pain are Arnica and Devil’s Claw. Rosemary and chamomile claim a special spot for foot pain. Anxiety and its various types are discussed and have several herbs are recommended for its relief. Among those are Hops, Lemon Balm, and St. John’s Wort. Skincare is a major concern and expense. There are herbal remedies that not only are cost-worthy but actually benefit the skin. For example, these herbs include Aloe Vera, Sage, and Oat Straw. Hair is another major concern, particularly the loss of hair. There are several herbs that help maintain healthy hair as well as prevent hair loss. These herbs include the following: Ginkgo Biloba and Stinging Nettles. Potentially harmful herbs and their effects are included in this course.
