This Course is for Translators who wish to concentrate more on Editing, Revision and Proofreading.
Editing and Proofreading can be an interesting niche to have as a translator, and this course discusses topics and issues that are specific to this Niche.
This course will cover some of the main aspects of, and differences between, Editing, Revision and Proofreading. It will discuss how to deal with MTPE, as well as some starting strategies, and what to do with faulty text.
As a bonus, there will be some tips on how to find a good translation agency, as well as ways to bolster your resume, and how to set up job alerts.
This course is taught entirely in English, but it is not language specific. So this course will apply no matter which language you translate to or from and no matter what your specialization is.
