Our habits are what make up our everyday lives, and it can be simplistically summarised by this logic: bad habits = sad life ; good habits = better life!
But how to get rid of the bad habits we have, even WHEN WE KNOW it is those bad habits that are ruining our lives?
You might even have tried to stop some of your bad habits... just to get back to them some time later in the future; or you might already know which habits that are holding you back from the life you want to have ... but still feel stuck, not knowing how to take care of them ...
How to develop AND MAINTAIN the good habits that you have developed?
This course should have the answer to many of your questions concerning habits;
It is divided in 3 main parts:
- Understanding Habits
- Taking the control back!
- Developing better habits
It is presented in a manner that should please both visual and auditory learners:
- A powerpoint-style with smooth animations and clear content,
- With myself in the top corner to read, animate, comment, explain and provide additional information.
There are 4 exercises (a specific time is given to you to do each exercise offline), leading you to having at least one plan for one better habit [which might have the potential to change your life right away]
