- Project data collection ( orientation – elevation – walls exposure – floor area – no. of people – lighting load – electrical equipment's load – widows )
- Load Estimation by ( Quick sizing (ASHRAE) - HAP software – Revit )
- Make a report Include ( total coil load – sensible coil load – cfm – entering db/wb temp – outdoor ventilation )
- Use HAP report to make unit selection{ DX system (Decorative , Concealed , Packaged) – Chilled water system ( air cold chiller – water cold chiller) }
- selection for (FCU – AHU) Depending on Cooling Capacity , CFM , gpm
- selection for Cooling tower
- selection for PUMP Depending on gpm , Pressure Drop
- selection for HOOKUP of all systems .
- Air outlet selection ( square – round – linear bar – linear slot – jet diffuser ) Depending on
- ( total air flow rate – no. of supply – no. of return – position – NC – air throw – pressure drop )
- Duct systems design (rectangular – round) By Mcquay Duct Sizer Depending on (air flow rat – duct fitting – accessories )
- External Static presser calculation
- Design Drawings ( Autocad – Revit)
