The A3 problem solving is a structured approach to resolving problems anyone can use. The A3 uses a report format to communicate ideas, document problem-solving activities, and report results. It was originally developed by Toyota but is now in used in many industries desiring to improved and to have any easy method to do so.
A3 problem solving uses the A3 report format to document the problem-solving activity, all on a one-sided 11 x 17 inch (A3 size) sheet of paper.
