Description

In this video, specially designed for beginner painters, I will show you how to paint a figure in its entirety and in a simple way. It is a 75mm miniature. representing a barbarian warrior.

The purpose of this second part of the course is to apply the theoretical knowledge explained in the first part to a figure, so that those who want to start painting miniatures lose that initial fear that often arises when faced with an unknown activity.

We will begin by painting the eyes and, later, we will paint the skin applying lights and shadows as well as an additional tone that brings "life" to the figure.

We will paint the hair and beard and I will teach you to simulate the texture of leather by combining acrylic paints with a matte finish with acrylic inks.

I will show you how to paint fabrics of different colors and we will also learn to imitate the appearance of wood in a simple way.

We will see how to achieve the appearance of the stone using a technique, very easy to apply, that combines the use of a sponge with brush painting.

We will get acquainted with the use of metallic pigments and I will teach you some tricks to paint dirt.

The last part of the video is dedicated to assembling the figure once it has been painted and putting the finishing touches on it.
