Learn Python 3 Programming at a Snail's Pace - Part 1
The First TRULY Beginning Course in Python
Description
You have probably been disappointed before when you tried other courses that said "no programming necessary" or "for beginners" and found out that after a few lectures they started going too fast. Well, this course and all future Python 3 Programming Courses by me will ALL be done at a Snail's pace so kids ( at least 13 years of age) and even grandparents can follow along. I was a University Teacher for many years and I was one of the few that enjoyed teaching the beginning classes so I can make sure they were prepared for the more advanced topics.
Be warned, if you are a programmer or pick things up quickly then you will NOT like this class! You will be bored silly!
This is Part 1 of the series. There will be MANY parts so you can slowly learn everything you need to know WELL! I broke it up into pieces so you will only learn a limited amount of material in each part but get lots of lessons/exercises in each part to reinforce your learning.
In this Part 1 you will learn printing, numbers, strings, if-elif-else, variables, taking input from the user, while loops, for loops and functions. There will be quite a few projects to do as well. All with worked out solutions.
What You Will Learn!
- They will learn the very basics, Print, Numbers, Strings, Variables, if-then-else, taking input from the user, while loops, for loops and functions.
- They will be able to start the 2nd edition of this course and learn more Python.
- They will be able to test and find errors in their programs.
Who Should Attend!
- Teenagers who have NEVER done programming (except maybe Scratch 2)
- Adults who have NEVER done programming
- College students who MUST take Python but can't follow the course at school because too fast
- Anyone wanting to change careers and not worked with computer programming before.
