Description

Have you ever felt worthless from being neglected or abused as a child? Have you ever experienced the sadness and loneliness that comes from not having one or both of your parents present in your life? Have you ever felt the pain of a parent passing away? Have you felt the rage and hopelessness that comes from enduring racial attacks on yourself or your family? Have you ever battled with low self-esteem, anxiety, guilt, or depression? Do you ever struggle with people-pleasing, rescuer mentality, over-sacrificing, and isolation? Have you ever went through a tough heartbreak and/or divorce (either as a child or as an adult partner)? Do you have a history of toxic relationships and inconsistent self-care? Are you a parent or teacher who has children who can identify with any of the above? What I have found is that some form of abandonment is at the root of most mental & emotional difficulties. Now is the time to identify it, heal it and transcend it. If you answered yes to any of the questions above, then this course is the support you have been looking for…and deserve.

This may be the first mental health and wellness course designed to heal youth and adults at the same time. In my experience in mental health, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, parents, and educators. What I have found is that many teachers have unhealed trauma but are held responsible for teaching kids with unhealed trauma. Many parents have unhealed trauma but are held responsible for taking care of and healing children who have experienced trauma. This creates a tough scenario all the way around. So how do we create wellness in the community? Who gets healed first? I say everyone. In this course, the parent and teacher can both learn strategies to use for their own healing and the healing of their children and students. Parents can practice the strategies with their children and teachers can implement the strategies in the classroom. This course is also a benefit for the individuals and couples without children, as the strategies can be used alone or with family, friends, and partners. We all deserve to heal and grow and we will...starting now.

This self-paced course can change how you feel in the first week and can change your life in as little as 90 days. In this course, I combine my 6 years of higher education in psychology & clinical psychology, trauma certification, 10 + years of mental health and wellness work (individual/family counseling, mentoring, school counseling, personal training, and life coaching), and my proven “4P” framework designed from strategies that I developed over several years to help me overcome the trauma of losing my mother to a racially targeted murder in 2005.

My approach has been tested on countless clients of mine who have all reported progress in their major life areas. With you in mind, I designed this course to be practical for any level of "busyness" and it will allow you to gradually release the habits that your trauma has created, while increasing your confidence, self-esteem, happiness, motivation, positivity, and peace.

Learn from the comfort of your home or on-the-go from any laptop or cell phone. Absorb the habits. Practice the strategies. Join the course now so that you can become your best version and finally activate unconditional internal happiness…for life!
