Lymphedema doesn't hold me back anymore nor do I hide from people ever again. I know lymphedema is overwhelming, especially knowing there is no cure and there has been very little progress regarding treatments.
However, you can do a lot of things to manage it. It is very important for me to share what I have learned to get to the health I'm in. So much that I decided to study holistic health and help others with this condition. I am proof of it, I changed my diet, lifestyle, habits and I am the healthiest I have ever been.
