in this course you will learn more about the moon cycle, its energetic levels, qualities and connection to your body. lunar yoga offers you four different practices aligned with four moon phases (new moon, first quarter, full moon and last quarter). each phase brings us different levels of energy, mood and insights. learn how to use these stages in your best interest, when and how to plan for the future project, how to make your dreams come true, when it is best time to cleanse and let go and when to rest. we will work with intention, affirmations and differently phased practices. in four different classes you will experience different yoga styles as yin yoga, balanced yin&yang and also stronger based vinyasa flow to embrace fully charged moon. explore the power of each lunar phase and invite its wisdom to enter your daily life on a journey to unlock your full potential.
i would recommend you to start the course in the week of a new moon phase. you can download any moon tracking app or perhaps draw it phases in a journal. practice one class each week and practice the assignments, affirmations and work with energy up till next phase! then continue with another class for another week.
