This is 1st course from series of courses within the program for managers called: Make It or Break It as Manager.

Various researches, which examined tens of thousands of managerial placements in recent years concluded, that 40 to 50% of managers fail to make it into 2nd year. One of the most important reasons behind such staggering number is lack of preparation for the job and role of manager. This does not refer to being educated as manager, but to how you prepare anytime you assume new managerial role.

This course is called Successful Preparation for Manager Role.  It focuses on what manager shall do to prepare for any  managerial role before Day One and early on after start. So it focuses on activities you can and shall do before you even start your new managerial job, with main goal to help you to launch yourself successfully from Day One.

The course explores what are the major elements of success or failure for manager and how to address those elements before Day one, what kind of research, questions, activities to do in order to prepare for your managerial role so you can feel confident from day one.

So this first course deals with period before starting your managerial job and its early days. Second course coming is the one which focuses on your first 100 days and how to make them successful. Hope you enjoy the course.
