Maiden's Circle: How To Create A Ritual
An Active Course On Wiccan Ritual and Meditation
Description
In this lesson, we’re going to relax a little as we explore meditation and ritual work. We’ll begin by learning to focus and connect our mind to our body. As we move through the lesson, we’ll learn some techniques for grounding, how to create our own sacred spaces anywhere we go, and even make personal rituals to enhance our practice.
There isn’t as much research necessary in this lesson, though we will be using the book A Charmed Life again. Instead, we’re going inward and planting the seeds for what may be the most important aspect of the Maiden’s Circle practice.
In our bonus video, you'll find a brief discussion of where meditation may have originated. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in a guided meditation that you can come back and use any time you need a boost to your mood, self-esteem, or simply want to take a minute to breathe.
We hope you enjoy this journey into connection with your own mind and body and that it further enhances your spiritual growth.
We recommend you listen / watch through each module video before attempting any of the activities within them. Remember to check each module for your assignments, and be sure to spend at least 5 to 7 days with each one as you acquaint yourself with these techniques and practices. You'll thank yourself later for investing that time!
Thank you for joining us and Blessed Be!
